Hello! I'm Sarah, aka Kalyith, a freelance artist and illustrator.
How it works:1. Send me your commission info. Any references and written descriptions should be sent as well as what you're looking to have done. If you have specific poses or expressions you'd like used please let me know at this point.Discord: Kalyith
Email: [email protected]2. Once your commission is accepted, I require a 50% up front payment. The last 50% is due before receiving the high resolution final file.3. I will send you sketches of your request that you may choose from and request adjustments on. Once the final sketch is chosen I will begin the painting process. Major adjustments are allowed at this point. Pose changes, expression changes, layout changes.4. I will create a few different color visualizations for you to choose from unless you specifically request the image to be colored with particular lighting in which case I will have a few options with that lighting to choose from.5. I will begin rendering the image and send you progress pictures as I hit milestones. For example, the background is laid in, something on the character is close to being completed, props are added. Minor adjustments can be made at this point, but are limited to 2-3 changes. Minor adjustments include color adjustments or adding small details.6. The "final" work in progress will be sent over. Once approved, the last 50% of payment will be requested and then you will receive your final commission file through discord or by email depending on your preference. At this point if I have missed a detail that was included in your description or reference images let me know and it will be added. One final color adjustment can be made at this stage.

PAYPAL ONLYI have the right to refuse any commission without an explanation.
I do not do NSFW (nudity & heavy gore), political statement pieces, couple artwork (multiple characters interacting are fine, but nothing romantic.)
I retain the rights to my work and can post it to social media or use it to advertise my commissions.
My work may be used for personal use as an avatar, printed for display, or any other non-commercial uses.
My work may NOT be used to train AI or for NFTs.
No refunds under most circumstances. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Buildings, ruins, etc.Extra characters are 80% of regular costs.Rush orders are +100% of the cost.
(Any artwork type that must be completed by a certain date in a shorter time frame than what is on my commission sheet.)
